Nice hotel for transit purpose. Far from market place though. Big nice rooms with wooden floor and modern amenities. Good breakfast options and courteous staffs all around. We enjoyed staying for 2 days

Well behaved staffs,Good quality food with reasonable price,good room service. - Absence of lift may be problem to climb up to 4th floor. - required a better cleanliness and maintenance. - Proactive communication to customers having prior bookings of stay and travel for guidance is the need.

room, locality and even food are good. They are not switching on the water heaters. Room service is too bad and you have take care of your belongings. Reception person are not too good. they made us our program miserable. they asked us to be ready by 7.30 and when all are ready, at that time, they are telling without making the full payment they will not book the car. for your information, we have paid almost 80% and three more days we are going to be in the same hotel. Similaryly while returning they suppose to drop us at NJP, but the reception person informed the driver to drop us at By-pass of Bagdodara which is apprx. 15 kms. from NJP. They are not supportive at all. My suggestion is that while booking see to that dont make full payment in the beginning and at least keep 10% on dropping at the end point. i wont recommend suggest it.

Far from market but good stay if you choose suit room

On my first look I didn’t like the Hotel at all. The executive room size is very small, I don’t want to stay but they upgrade me with suit with some extra cost. They change my opinion about Hotel. The view from suit is beautiful, food quality is good and staff is very polite and cooperative. Only minus point is away from market but you can get local taxi at 40 rs per head.

Restaurant is good. Rooms along with washrooms require more cleaning. But, we got a very bad experience in hotel while check-in. I won't suggest this hotel to anyone. We had booked our room online by paying full amount. Ricassa didn't give any confirmation in writing but confirmed on phone. We call up hotel in the morning for directions and told them that we have booking. They guided us the way. After reaching there we were told that manager hasn't got our booking confirmation. We showed him the email between the travel agency and us and also the transaction details on their account. Even after checking that manager didn't give us the room. That was horrible. We had to wait for half-an-hour only because there was a lack of communication between hotel amd the travel agency we booked through.
